6. Our civil/corporate practice assists you with contractual disputes, and general civil litigation matters including drafting and collections. We are currently involved in negotiating and dealing with unique and cutting edge block chains and smart contracts. We are also involved with contract negotiation in foreign jurisdictions and aspects of exclusivity clauses.

7. We assist with vendor, customer and licence agreements as well as manufacturing and distribute agreements. Our offices understand the need for confidentiality in business and we assist by drafting non-disclosure agreements, terms of use and privacy policies. 

8. We provide services that include drafting shareholders notices, meeting attendances and minutes. We cater for agreements related to consulting work, work for hire and independent contractors as well as joint venture agreements.
